it started out with my cousin carrie inviting herself over to sandy and steve's house for enchiladas when she returned home from reno. i invited myself too, hoping when the time came, i'd be a part of the festivities. well, when the time came, not only did i get an invite, but the ENTIRE family got one too. and you know what i like more than food? family get-togethers. so this saturday couldn't get any better. steve's enchiladas and the whole family. grandma dee, rex, heidi, mason, andrea, donny, david, cindy, derrick, rayann, kayla, brody, carrie and her two nieces, sandy, steve, calie, ryan, kyle, sophie, coda, cade, jennifer (eli's fiance), mom, dad, jennifer, dave, their kids, jodie, matt, their kids, me, darric and our kids.
we ate (and ate). played some ping pong and basketball, some jumped on the trampoline, and we had dessert while we visited. and of course, the kids had a blast playing with all of the goodies in the backyard.
p.s. i think we've all decided that enchilada day should be a new tradition. now we just have to talk steve into it. ;)
