this morning around 5:00 am, i was smelling this very awful smell. in hopes that darric was awake i ask "was that you?" it wasn't. but, he smelled it too. we got up and walked around the house sniffing. then got back into bed. when the air conditioner came back on (yes, we have our air conditioner on) we could smell it again. we both got up again and walked around. i looked outside to make sure the air conditioner wasn't on fire, he opened the back door. we turned the news on to make sure something crazy didn't happen. the smell died down a bit. i took the kids to school and ran to get my breakfast. and as i was heading home, getting ready to turn onto spencer, i see this in the road...
i had to get a picture to send to darric. i thought it was pretty dang funny. (i do feel bad for mr. skunk - but dang, he stinks) and now we don't have to worry that there is some gas leak or poison killing us slowly in our sleep tonight.
hahaha...I hope it doesnt last too long:)
