November 28th through the 30th
Madison played in her first bowling match on Monday at Sunset Station. It was at 3:00 against Basic. (It only took me two games to finally figure out the girls in the black shirts were the other team, not Silverado players) The other girls on her team are Rya, Aubreigh and Marisa. And her friends Zoe and Maria are on the JV team along with a girl named Summer. They lost. Madison ended the 3 games with a score of 304. Kenzie and Max both came with me. Max had fun hanging out with the coach's son, Donovan. They shared $9 fries, got slushies and played in the arcade.
On Wednesday, Kenzie signed her Letter of Intent from USU Eastern. Thursday morning, Darric emailed it to the coach so she is now officially committed. (we had to take a picture of Kenzie signing the letter for the coach)
At the beginning of November, I put this paper up on the fridge so everyone could fill in the things that they were grateful for all month long. It took several days before anyone added to it, but it has filled up a little bit. I left it up for a little while in December and Max decided to draw a Santa hat on it while I was cleaning the kitchen one night. I turned around to look at it and let out a gasp. Then of course, everyone had to come look and they all gasped (and then giggled). Max wasn't exactly sure why we were all reacting that way, but it didn't make him very happy.
