Madison did some math and figured out she had braces for one fourth of her 16 year life. Here's a little look at her journey with braces...
March 11th 2013 She got some braces put on (phase one) she still had some teeth to lose. The top photo was taken just before that ortho appointment and the bottom was taken three weeks after.
April 9th 2014 She got phase one braces taken off.
April 17th 2014 She got her cute polka dotted retainer.
January 20th 2015 She got braces on all of her teeth. The photo on top was taken just before that ortho appointment. The second photo was taken after that appointment with her mouth full of metal and a new toothbrush.
June 24th 2016 She went and had the dreaded oral surgery to get that pesky eye tooth exposed so they could put a button on it and pull it forward. The photo on the left was taken on July 6th after she saw Dr. Truman and he tightened the chain. That chain, along with the glue, fell off on August 2nd so we had to go back in and Dr. Truman put the bracket thing on. The photo on the left was taken on August 13th.
April 3rd 2017 Those braces finally came off!! And next week when she goes to work, she'll get her new retainer.
