i showed him a couple times how to tie his shoes.
i went the double bunny ears route
(even though
i do one bunny ear and then the wrap around the tree and through the hole or something like that)
he got so frustrated,
he would end up throwing his shoe and just giving up.
then i would catch him working on it alone.
and he figured it out.
hallelujah!!
i did not want to send him to kindergarten
in velcro shoes. ;)
today...
max + i ran to wal-mart to get him some bball pants for practice
(i got him size x-small and they ended up being too big)
we came home and had breakfast
then i worked on some things for the boutique.
max surprised me by making my bed.
i didn't need to pick the girls up until 3:15.
mackenzie had her second battle of the books
(so far her team is winning - it's her and 3 boys)
madison had her first basketball games after school activity.
(they learn different games like pig and horse)
as soon as they got out,
we headed to the southwest side of town for max's practice.
we got there 20 minutes early so the kids played at the park.
it was after 4pm and the coach and one other boy were the only other ones there.
it was windy out, but not that bad.
practice was canceled.
we rushed home for madi to change into dance clothes.
i went and dropped her off.
came home to get dinner started and in the oven.
pork chops + vegetables.
went and picked up madi and we ate.
just after 7pm, kenzie and i headed to the galleria.
team picture night at dick's sporting goods.
kenzie's team was the last ones of the day.
we stopped at walgreens to get darric some nyquil.
he came home sick today.
